1. Service

LiveVox provides browser-based live voice broadcasting, delayed live playback, and optional recordings. The service is operated by [OPERATOR NAME] in [JURISDICTION].

2. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers must have permission to broadcast and record every speaker. They are responsible for event passcodes, lawful content, participant notice, and obtaining required consent.

3. Recordings and retention

Events are recorded by default. Temporary recordings are scheduled for deletion one hour after an event ends. Organizers may select permanent retention, in which case replay remains available until the organizer deletes it or closes the account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not transmit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating material, or attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
