Information processed

We process organizer email addresses, hashed passwords, email confirmation tokens, optional authenticator secrets, session information, event details, listener access grants, live audio, and event recordings. Listener accounts are not required.

Why it is processed

Data is used to authenticate organizers, deliver live and delayed audio, enforce event privacy, retain recordings as selected, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Retention

Temporary recordings are scheduled for deletion one hour after an event ends. Permanent recordings remain until organizer deletion or account deletion. Operational logs and provider records may follow Cloudflare retention periods.

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare provides Workers, D1, R2, RealtimeKit, livestreaming, network delivery, and account confirmation and password-reset email. Processing locations and transfer safeguards must be documented for [JURISDICTION].

Your choices
